Adult Book Clubs

The Abington Public Library offers many opportunities for adults to talk about books.

The Non-Fiction Book Club typically meets one Wednesday per month at 7:00 PM in the Copeland Room.  This group has been meeting since 2012 and discusses a wide-range of Non-Fiction titles.  This group is facilitated by Library Director Deborah Grimmett, Library Trustee Chair Henry DiCarlo and former Library Trustee Will Adamczyk.  Meetings are usually the third or fourth week of the month.  Please see our calendar for the current schedule.  New members are always welcome - simply read the book and join us at a meeting!  Here's the list of books we've discussed.

The Popular Fiction Book Club meets one Wednesday evening per month at 7:00 PM on Zoom.  This virtual group explores a wide variety of novels.   The Popular Fiction Book Club is facilitated by Library Director Deborah Grimmett.  Meetings are typically on the first Wednesday of the month, with occasional variations.  Please see our calendar for the current schedule and for the information needed to receive the Zoom link; we happily welcome new members.  Here's the list of books we've discussed.
