Just because we have special programming for our Summer Reading Program doesn’t mean that we do not continue with our Story Hours- Summer Style!
We hope you will sign up to log your minutes to help us help an elephant and a giraffe.

Toddler Time Summer Style
We know that vacations and beach days and naps and rainy days happen. And that is why our summer Toddler Times are Drop In. We love to read a good book, sing the name song, wave some scarves, and maybe do the Hokey Pokey. Toddler Time is a 20 minute or so program that is just right for our youngest newborn patrons to age 3. Both of these programs and days again are drop in for the summer, And we hope you will drop in!

APL Preschool Playgroup “Summer Style”
Join Miss Heidi for a literacy-based adult and child playgroup with plenty of music, movement and fun! This group is designed to create a shared social and learning experience for our preschoolers ages 3-5 and their caregivers. In other words, we do some reading, some stretching, some crafting and some playing and have a great time doing it!
NO REGISTRATION REQUIRED!

Preschool Storytime Summer Style
We do things a little differently in the summer, so not only is Preschool Storytime drop in, it is also a child and parent/caregiver group. We find that involving the adults makes for a more successful storytime. We do longer stories, rhymes, fingerplays and songs, and end with a simple craft. (Siblings are welcome.)
