Databases and Informational Websites for Kids

Earlier this year, President Trump signed Executive Order 14238 that resulted in the loss of federal funding from the Institution of Museum and Library Services.  Funding from IMLS was used for a variety of purposes, including statewide databases.  Due to these cuts, several statewide databases will no longer be available beginning July 1st. For a list of databases that will be discontinued, as well as what will remain availble after July 1st, please review this flyer.

Need help with a website or database? Feel free to call the library and get that help. Or you can Ask Rob, our reference librarian, by filling out this form: https://forms.gle/s2fTJxoKgaAmDryQ6 or emailing your question(s) to abref@ocln.org and Rob will get back to you.
