Earlier this year, President Trump signed Executive Order 14238 that resulted in the loss of federal funding from the Institution of Museum and Library Services.  Funding from IMLS was used for a variety of purposes, including statewide databases.  Due to these cuts, several statewide databases will no longer be available beginning July 1st. For a list of databases that will be discontinued, as well as what will remain availble after July 1st, please review this flyer. 

ChemMatters Magazine    This award-winning magazine demystifies chemistry with exciting articles, games, and puzzles.

Go Ask Alice     Lots of answers to some funky questions.

Hippo Campus:     Free learning videos on a wide variety of subjects, geared towards students in middle school, high school, and college.

Hour of Code     Games and activities designed to teach children coding skills.

Internet Archive     A non-profit library of millions of free books, movies, software, music, websites, and more.

Mad Sci Network     MadSci Network represents a collective cranium of scientists providing answers to your questions. For good measure we provide a variety of oddities as well.
