Preschool Play Group
Tuesdays from January 14 to February 11 11:15 - 12:00
It's time for a whole lot of fun with Preschool Playgroup! We will move, read, think, create, laugh and play together in this fun-filled, 45-minute playgroup for children ages 3+ and a caregiver. One registration will hold your spot for all 5 weeks. Space is limited but siblings are welcome. Please call, email Miss Heidi or swing by the Children's Room if you have any questions.
Registered Toddler Time
Wednesdays @ 10:30
Join Miss Amy/Sandy on Wednesday mornings at 10:30 AM this winter for a registered toddler time program! Toddler Time is a 20-minute program consisting of short stories, songs, scarf waving, egg shaking, and a puppet visit. This program is best suited for children ages 0-3. Once a child is registered, they hold a spot for the entire fifteen week session. Our Toddler Times are funded by the Friends of the Library.
Preschool Story Hour
Thursdays @ 11:15
Preschool Story Hour returns on Thursday mornings at 11:15 this winter! Children ages 3-5, who are able to separate from their parent/caregiver, are invited to join Miss Amy/Miss Heidi for 30 minutes of longer stories, rhymes, songs, and the chance to "Go Bananas!" After we finish with our stories, the grownups are invited into the story room to help with the day's craft. Registration is required and begins on January 8th. Once a child is registered, they hold a spot for the entire fifteen week session. Our story hours are funded by the Friends of the Library.
Saturday Family Story Hours
Saturdays we are open @ 11:00
Family Story Hour is a great way to end a busy morning and get ready for lunch. Join Miss Kim or one of our other Children's Librarians for 20 - 30 minutes of stories and songs that we try to tailor to the group that attends. There is no need to register and we try to have this Family Story Hour any Saturday we are open.
